Free Shipping

All qualifying orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States receive free standard shipping at no additional cost to the customer.

Shipping Destination

We currently offer shipping exclusively to addresses located within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes in restricted areas, or any international destinations at this time.

Daily Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a regular business day are generally processed on the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET, or placed on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. domestic warehouse. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and is collected at checkout. The tax amount will appear clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your package until it is delivered.
